Working as a doctor at WeMindThe role of the doctor is central to ensuring evidence-based care processes and systematic follow-up. The operations are characterized by empirically grounded treatment and continuous quality evaluation. Meet our doctors.
We work with measurement-based care where digital patient-reported outcome measures enable ongoing monitoring of clinical results. A scientific council ensures that methods and guidelines are in line with current evidence.
The clinical work prioritizes patient interaction. Established routines and administrative support free up time for medical deepening, in close multidisciplinary collaboration with good access to psychological treatment and in-depth investigations.

Strong interest in follow-up and evidence
You have broad clinical expertise with an interest in the entire spectrum of psychiatry. Your work is characterized by structure, scientific rigor, and a consistent focus on evidence-based treatment and systematic follow-up.
You take independent treatment responsibility, work systematically with high quality, and value multidisciplinary collaboration. With your specialist competence, you actively contribute to operational development in a knowledge-intensive and collegial environment where continuous improvement is an obvious part of the mission.
